Business Coaching is a very special relationship. It is essentially like hiring an experienced CEO for your business, but for a fraction of the cost. Because this is a long-term relationship, it's important to make sure there is good fit professionally for both yourself and Marti. Because at the end of the day your business is your vehicle to achieving your dreams, but it needs to be both fun and profitable along the way. Marti likes to work with business owners that are fun to be around, but also motivated and disciplined enough to implement the strategies and ideas that you'll create together.

 

Step #1 - Business Questionnaire

The first step is for you to complete a quick 2 minute questionnaire that will provide Marti with some more information about your business. This will tell Marti where your business is currently at, where you're looking to take it, and what you're end goal looks like.

Once you've completed this questionnaire you will then be sent an information pack prior to a phone call from Marti. This information pack has more details about Marti, his experience, and how he will be able to help your business.

Step #2 - 10 Minute 'Hot-Seat' Consultation with Marti Amos

Once you've completed the business questionnaire and you've received your information pack, you'll then receive a call from Marti. This isn't as daunting as it sounds (honestly).

The purpose of this call is for Marti to introduce himself, and get to know you and your business a little better. If there is a good fit between yourself and Marti, you'll then be asked to come into our offices for a Profit Finding Session.

Step #3 - Profit Finding Session with Marti Amos

                        

In this session is you'll sit down with Marti and map out all of the strategies to grow your business over the next 12 months. From those strategies, you'll also look at how much profit and income they can conservatively generate for your business over the next 12 months with the help of your financials. Please note that these Profit Finding Sessions are limited to just 4 per month.

At the end of this session, if we can both see the benefits of working together, we will then look to select the right coaching programme for you and get you started on growing the business of your dreams.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Why do you limit the Profit Finding Sessions to 4 per month?

At any time during the year there are only ever 1 or 2 slots left on Marti's book for new clients. We could make more slots available for new clients but that would thin out Marti's time, lowering the quality of coaching each client receives. That's why we keep a strict limit on the number of clients at any one time. Having just 4 of these profit finding sessions available each month helps maintain a high level of service for every client.

 

2) Are there any other ways to secure a spot?

The profit finding session is your best chance to meet with Marti 1-on-1 to talk about your business. We also run monthly seminars on a wide range of business disciplines that you can come along to. For a schedule of these seminars click on the 'seminars' tab at the top of this page.
